Order Processing 

Returning/Known Customers can expect their orders to be shipped the next business day. New Customers please allow a maximum of 1-2 business days for orders to process. We take fraud/chargebacks and customer security very seriously.  We may contact you by phone or email in the event and order is flagged by our system for further review.


Payment Terms 

All payments are 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay through your PayPal or Amazon account. Your credit card/debit card will be charged as soon as you place an order.


Shipping Policy (contact us if you need expedited shipping)

Hairdotlove offers standard shipping anywhere in the U.S including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Orders will ship within 3-4 days business days. Hairdotove does not ship on the weekends. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day. Please note that packages may require a signature upon delivery. Return Policy

Hairdotlove proudly maintains a high level of quality control when testing our bundles. All sales will be final, exchanges will only be available on a case by case basis. Hair must be in the original condition upon exchange. Worn or altered hair (brushed, combed, etc) cannot be exchanged. You will have 5 business days upon delivery to exchange the product.

If dissatisfied with the product, send an email to within 5 days of the delivery date. We will contact you with further instructions on your exchange.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will have within 5 business days upon delivery to exchange the hair only if dissatisfied.
